Using a Translation Agency in Real Estate

In the world of real estate, I come across people from all walks of life, and not all of them are from America. In fact, I would say at least 20% of my clients are from other countries. Many are from Asia, but there are also prominent clients from South America, Europe and even Africa.

Many of them are attracted to the real estate opportunities in America, whether its for themselves or for their investments, and I find that having a translation agency is often the best way to deal with clients that don’t speak English.

Translation goes beyond language, however; with real estate, much of the process is negotiations, business-talk and the like. Without translation agencies, you may be susceptible to offending your clients, but with translators, you can not only translate words but also concepts and ideas. So it’s in your best interest to hire a translation agency when you need to communicate clearly with foreign clients.
