When investing in a fixer upper recently in Toronto we had meet with several toronto contractors to discuss what we had in mind for the renovation. We wanted to do a total overhaul to this property for several reasons so finding the right contractor for the right price was key for this project.

We were absolutely blown away by there impressive portfolio of toronto home additions and toronto renovations. Finding a contractor with a portfolio that speaks to your style is so important. If you use price as your determining factor than you are going to 9/10 end up unhappy with the final renovation.

First the property was in ruff shape and the amount of repairs is almost equal to the price of starting from scratch. The second factor for this project was its location. Only an hour outside of Toronto this property had breathtaking views of Sugar Mountain. We really wanted to give it an aspen modern feel by using large windows to enhance the view and really turn this property into a desired home when we put it on the market.
