Tickets to wine and dine your clients

The real estate industry has changed over the years and in this economy any little thing can help move your properties. Something I have adapted from my years as a car salesman is wining and dining clients. With giving away some tickets it really establishes a kind of relationship with your clients as well as when they are having a good time, they have you to thank. I have found this to be extremely beneficial in recent months and is worth trying for yourselves.

Using a ticket broker is a great way to find a variety of tickets for a good price. I recently have gotten good deal on Jersey Boys Tickets, Harlem Globetrotters Tickets, Taylor Swift Tickets, Yankee Stadium tickets and Fenway Park tickets for my Boston clients.

Now giving your clients tickets for concerts and events does not make you a successful Realtor, in fact you can loose a lot of money and focus on purchasing tickets with the sole intent of closing a deal with a client. Its most efficiently used when you are not expecting anything in return, just thanking them for their time during a meeting or showing.
